Valorant - How To Fix System Reboot Required Startup Error

Restart the Vanguard Process on your PC
Use the shortcut Windows key & R or search for RUN and hit enter.
In the dialogue box, enter services.msc and hit enter to open the service control manager.
On the next window, search for the VGC service
Right-click the service and select Properties
In the General tab, set the startup type to Automatic and apply your changes
Make sure to start the service if the service is set to Stopped
Close 3rd-Party Applications
Open up your Task Manager. In the Processes section, ensure that 3rd party apps are not running on your PC. Especially Discord, Steam, Adobe applications, or any other program that could show an overlay while Valorant runs.
Reinstall Valorant Vanguard
If the previous step did not help, you must reinstall Vanguard on your system. Open up your File Explorer, and navigate to the drive on which Valorant is saved on. Program Files > Riot Vanguard. Double-click the uninstall.exe application in the Riot Vanguard folder. Next, search for Uninstall to open up your Apps & Features system settings window. Uninstall Valorant, and re-download it to your system.
