Streamlabs OBS - How To Setup Donations
Streamlabs OBS is a powerful streaming software that allows gamers and content creators to broadcast their gameplay and interact with their audience. Set Up Donations on Streamlabs OBS
In the Dashboard section, select Donation Settings and, click on the PayPal icon, enter your PayPal account email address. You can add other payment options below if you want to. In the Settings tab, you can change the following:
Donation Currency
Donation Page Currency
Minimum Donation Amount
Maximum Message Length
Suggested Donation Amount
Save your changes. In the Methods section, you can preview your donation URL, which you must add to your YouTube livestream description or under your Twitch stream.
Set Up Donation Alerts
Go to the Alert Box section of your dashboard. When it’s loaded up, go to the Donations tab, and here you can change the layout, animation, and many other options. Take a few minutes to configure these settings to your liking.
Stream Alert Widget
Navigate to the Themes section; here, you check the Alert Box to browse through the donation alerts available to download and install for free. Add a new source to your scene on the Editor tab, and select Alert Box. After re-positioning and re-scaling the alert box, you should be done.
